I would like you to ask difference about CC2652RB and CC2652P74.
According to datasheet, it seems that CC2652RB have internal 48MHz oscillator.
So, if user change from CC2652P74 to CC2652RB, they can remove external 48MHz oscillator.
Is my understanding correct ?
If there is concern that user use internal oscillator, could you let me know ?

It's possible to use a comparison tool from the Low-power 2.4 GHz products page.
The CC2652RB has an internal BAW (48 MHz oscillator) whereas the CC2652P7 has more Flash/RAM and an internal PA for higher TX power (+20 dBm max). The datasheet should be consulted for specific GPIO and peripheral support. There is no concern with using the internal oscillator of the CC2652RB, and you can review other 2.4 GHz products as well to find the best fit. All CC26X2 devices are supported through the SimpleLink F2 SDK, and you can find more information on the TI Resource Explorer.
