My customer use CC2340R5. The pin count are not enough for their application. Customer ask if SWDIO/SWDCK pin for I2C usage ? If yes, how to do this ?

Yes, SWDIO and SWDCK pins can be repurposed as I2C pins as indicated in the Table 6-1 "Pin Attributes" of the data sheet https://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/cc2340r5. The screenshot below should be what you are specifically looking for:
The pin muxing can be modified using SysConfig > I2C > Pin Mux.
Note that, on the LaunchPad, the SWDIO and SWDCK pins are not routed to a connector, so they are marked as "Device only". This is not an issue on a custom design.
