Tool/software:

Communication with the TI simulator will break the line, there are times fail to read RAM and other errors, can not continue to send TX and receive RX.

CC2340R52EORKPR datacode is 2338 and 2343. So the customer want to confirm if it is version issue?

The SDK version should be something along the line of:

Can you point me to this "TI Simulator" you mentioned (this is new to me at least)?

Do we have access to debugging breakpoints for this program?

TI Simulator is debugger. the customer suspects their goods are the old hardware vision of CC2340R5, because of CC2350R5 have been modified , so can you help confirm if Hardware of CC2350R5 have been modified since Datecode 2343

Hello Herbert,

I am not as familiar with this "datacode 2343" you mention, however what we can try to do is see if the device is detected correctly with UniFlash, or SmartRF Studio 8.

One possible issue I can think of is the "revision" of the device (old revision devices may not work as expected).
