CC2640R2F: Advertising Extension not 254 bytes

Hi,

Bluetooth Advertising Extensions Data

I increase data advertising not more 229 bytes. If more than and then can not detect extension data.

Or actually advertising extension is extension from advertising legacy 31 bytes. So, AdvData 254 bytes is advertising legacy with Extension (Legacy 31 bytes + Extension = 254 bytes)

I understand correct right?

Or data advertising extension total 254 bytes not sum with advertising legacy 31 bytes. If this is really the case, I should setting code or How to improve code for advertising extension can operate to 254 bytes? 

Please recommend.
