My customer have 1pcs CC2640R2FYFVR after mounting no signal, please check can we apply FA? thanks!

    - Can you please provide a rough estimation of the number of working units vs non-working units?

    - Can you please describe the way the board is tested to assess the absence of signal? 

    - Can you describe the other tests you have run on the units?

    Also, could you please specify what you meant by "can we apply FA?" I am afraid I am not familiar with this terminology.

    Productio 293000pcs, only1pcs fail.

    Can you please describe the way the board is tested to assess the absence of signal ?

    VDDS 1.8V above，Xtal no change，nRESET normal，IC X-ray no issue.

     

    Can you describe the other tests you have run on the units?

    Test station Fail，phone APP can not find sign.
