CC2652R: Power variation between CW and Modulated Carrier

I wanted to first ask if this is a proprf or BLE (or other) project? On SmartRF Studio 7 I did a quick test with CW modulated/unmodulated and got the same RSSI (-32 dBm)

From the customer:

We are using BLE hosttest application from SDK 03_40_00_02.

We used CW output to measure the transmit power. Then we configure CC2652R as central device making sure a separate peripheral device (with known power level) available in test setup.

So, when we perform active scan in CC2652R, we able to see transmit power in spectrum analyzer and there we see transmit power difference between in CW tone and signaling mode. Please refer below image of our setup.

Could you please provide the steps of HCI commands you are using? What are you using as the host?

Per your second question, I _think_ they are using the '2652 as the "host" if you read earlier in this thread.  Can you please help resolve that confusion?

BLE uses GFSK modulation scheme and therefore I would expect both modulated/non modulated to be the same. You can see this as well based on Alex results in the first post. Is it possible to run this test with Smart RF Studio?
