CC2340R5: Facing issues while checking Sleep current in advertising mode for CC2340R5

Facing issues while checking Sleep current of CC2340R5 controller. Sleep current value receiving in uA as we are expecting in nA. We have checked with 10 boards and with two boards we have received current in nano ampere after replacing controller current is increasing (iuA). attaching power analyzer images for reference. we have flashed code for advertising mode.

I hope you are doing well. Which SDK are you using, and CCS version? The current listed on your graph is high for sleep, looking into the configuration of the BLE project/low power operation (Measuring CC13xx and CC26xx current consumption (Rev. D)).

Hi sir,

we are using CC2340R5 controller and SDK version, and CCS version mentioned in below.

we go through the power consumption documents but we are getting more standby current in some of the devices.

SDK: simplelink_lowpower_f3_sdk_7_40_00_64

CCS version: 12.5

Hello Balaji Wankhede,

When testing the boards standby current, you are removing all jumper connections and only powering the board with 3.3 V and Ground? And is this for the LaunchPad or your own custom board?
