Here is the message from customer.
1. ES-25636 can't be covered.
2. Inconsistency from GAP and LL is not Waiver issue, but TI list error.
Request from customer
1. Turn "QDID 201833, QDID 196592" to Design Number
2. Need to see how to Fix below inconsistency.

It looks like there were several ILD implemented for GAP in 2024-1. This indicates to me that this may be a listing error from Texas Instruments. I recommend reaching out to Texas Instruments to clarify whether the ICS is correct for their listing, and if appropriate, suggest an ICS correction.
