I am currently working with the CC2340R2 chip to validate Bluetooth iBeacon functionality. However, I noticed that the SDK available for download on your website only includes examples for the CC2340R5. Could you please advise if these examples are compatible with the CC2340R2?

Additionally, do you have any recommendations or considerations regarding my iBeacon functionality validation? I would appreciate any guidance to ensure a smooth validation process.

The SIMPLELINK-LOWPOWER-F3-SDK is applicable to the CC2340R2 as well. First, thank you for your response. However, after I followed the guide to change the macro definitions for flash, switched the chip model in syscfg, cleared the previous compilation information, and re-burned the code, the code that was originally able to continuously send Bluetooth iBeacon data on the CC2340R5 did not emit any data on the CC2340R2. Regarding the hardware modifications, we replaced the chip on the LP-EM-CC2340R5 demo board with the CC2340R2. As stated above, do you have any solutions? Thank you!

Hi,

Could you please open a new thread to discuss the issues with the CC2340R2 device?

Also, when you open the new thread, please make sure to specify whether you have tried running other tests (e.g. Tx/Rx tests using SmartRF Studio).
