CC2640: Debug interface is lock

Tool/software:

The erasing software interface displays a recognizable chip, but when double clicking to connect the chip, an error message 'Debug interface is locked' appears.

Could you help to analysis this?

    Hi Fabio,

    Have you tried a Forced Mass Erase inside of the Flash Programmer 2 GUI?

    Can you observe any other results or behavior if using CCS or Uniflash instead?  

    The debug interface could have been locked through programming the CCFG (whether intentional or not), and it can often time be difficult to recover the device.  You will be able to find many similar instances on the E2E.  If the ROM serial bootloader is still enabled then there is an application example you can try to use to recover the device using this interface.
