hi expert,
My customer's product is extremely low cost. They want to use 1 layer pcb with CC2340r2. Any technique guide for how to do this? how to meet EMI certification? any concern to use 1 layer pcb on CC2340?

Hi Frank,
No, RF requires controlled impedance, good grounding, and a solid ground plane reference for the antenna for good performance. Our reference design focus on a minimum of 2 layers to achieve desired performance.

Jake,
My customer's application is mouse.
so, 1 meter is enough but power consumption is concern. A little sacrifice for RF performance is acceptable.
Any suggestion?

Hi Frank,
Our standard recommendation is to use a robust multilayered design. While it may be feasible to do something where much of the performance is sacrificed in order to achieve the lowest cost PCB manufacturing, as of today it's not something we have evaluated.
