When I choose the central device role mode of the basic_ble_profiles project
the compilation is not complete the "HOST_CONFIG" is not filled in for CENTRAL_CFG
I need a central ble project to receive the heart rate sensor of a heart rate monitor belt
I can perhaps adapt the basic_ble_profiles project for this
if there was no truncated compilation

Hi,

I don't think the basic_ble_profiles project is configured to allow central configuration.

I would recommend to start from the basic_ble example and also consider the following example: https://github.com/TexasInstruments-Sandbox/ble_examples/tree/simplelink_low_power_f3_sdk-7.40.01/examples/rtos/LP_EM_CC2340R5/ble5stack/basic_ble_GATT_client

i think that the CC2340R5 and the CC2640r2f are not ready
to be central heart rate etc
i will stay with my NRF52832 which works well

Hi,

I am not sure I understand your comment as both of these devices are already deployed in commercial applications.

Let us know if you eventually need a system cost-down and/or power optimization.
