Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2650,

Dear Texas Instruments Support Team,
We are seeking guidance to modify our Android application to support OAD (Over-the-Air Download) updates for BLE version 5.2.
Currently, our application is successfully sending image and OAD updates for BLE version 4.2 (based on the CC2650). However, with the transition to BLE version 5.2, we understand that a new UUID, 0xFFC5
(OAD_EXT_CTRL_UUID), is used in this BLE version.
Could you please provide basic guidance on:
- Implementing the logic for handling
OAD_EXT_CTRL_UUID
in our Android APK? - Any additional steps or considerations for ensuring compatibility with BLE 5.2 during the OAD process?
We would appreciate any relevant examples that can help us adapt our application to work seamlessly with the CC2651R3.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Rajnish Singh
