CC2651R3SIPA: 267@ 0X0 DEBUG ERROR

Part Number: CC2651R3SIPA

Tool/software:

Hi,

I have been making a custom board for "CC2651R3SIPA" where it should fit within a 16"x8" inch PCB Board.

So to Program the MCU I am using FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit cable)10 pin cable.

To convert Standalone XDS110 10 pin debug to FPC I use a custom  FTSH-105-01-F-DV-K 10 pin to AXF5D1012A  FPC 10 pin board.

While I am trying to debug it I am getting the below error message

IcePick_C: Error connecting to the target: (Error -267 @ 0x0) The controller could not detect valid target supply. Check target JTAG connection and/or connection setting specifying voltage level.

I am unable to understand how much voltage should be used for debugging the CC265xx MCUs

I am using standed 3.3 Volt and 0.011 milli Ampere current to Debug and Load program using standalone debugger to debug CC265xx Launchpad

Please suggest a solution for Custom board debugging as I mentioned details, also please feel free to talk about it any time Phone/  Number: 7010296498.
