Hi Team,
Using CC2340R5 Bluetooth for CE certification,
The certification company has reported that no data was captured after frequency calibration. What is the reason? How to set it up?

Hello Reed,
Thanks for reaching out.
May I please ask more details about the test you are attempting here? In addition can you also share more about your test setup? I see Smart RF studio being used for packet TX withe NESB for instance.
Also please share the configuration for both RX and TX devices in Smart RF Studio.
BR,
David.
Hello David,
The picture is the Bluetooth fixed frequency parameter setting we used, but the CE certification company feedback can not capture the data correctly, you can give us a more detailed parameter setting guidelines to make it correct fixed frequency (such as 2440Mhz 2480Mhz) Thank you.
Jenny
Hello Jenny,
I am checking with the team for further details. In the meantime, are you certain you are testing NESB? https://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/content/simplelink_lowpower_f3_sdk_8_20_00_119/docs/proprietary-rf/proprietary-rf-users-guide/proprietary-rf/ti-nesb-cc23xx/ti-nesb.html.
