Hi,
Thank you for reaching out.
This kind of error is most likely due to incorrect UniFlash settings, or to incorrect wiring of the debug probe to the device.
Could you please share details (or photos) on these two elements for us to help?
Best regards,
Hi,
Thank you for sharing the picture. The issue is actually with the LP-EM-CC2340R5 connection.
Can you specify if the error only occurs when attempting a mass erase or for other operations?
What is the version number of UniFlash?
Is UniFlash configured to interface with a CC2340R5? (<= this point is actually very important)
For a first test, could you please disconnect the UART signals (yellow and orange wires), as of the power wires (grey and white) - for flashing you should only use the 10-pin wire.
If the error persists, please run a sanity test with another board and another USB cable.
Best regards,
Hi,
The UniFlash version is 8.7.0.4818.
I have disconnected everything, and try to do "manual erase -> erase entire flash". The same error is shown as above.
However, it can detect the board and serial number correctly, but unable to read device info.
Hi,
Thank you. Now, please try to only connect the 10-pin connector.
Best regards,
