I have been implement host_test with bond manager on CC2651R3SIPA.

When pairing is success, Host MCU receive HCI_LE_LongTermKeyRequestedReply event.

If BondKeyDistr bit mask is not set to anything,

what does Host MCU send command at received HCI_LE_LongTermKeyRequestedReply event?
