Tool/software:

When using the official OAD project, the recipe for target 'post-build' failed compiler error (failed to execute the sbtool script) is as follows:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'gbk' codec can't decode byte 0xf9 in position 12: illegal multibyte sequence
[16692] Failed to execute script 'sbtool' due to unhandled exception!

There is no problem with these paths, help to see what else needs to be configured to carry out normal compilation?
