LP-CC2651R3SIPA: How to report the crash reason of the device when running the simple_serial_socket_client example?

Hi team,

I modified the simple_serial_socket_client example to receiving data continuously from a peripheral device using the LP-CC2651R3SIPA EVM board. The received data will be displayed on the CMD window by UART. After flashing the project, the EVM can work for about 1-2 days then the program seems crashed and stop to receiving and display the data. Is there any way or command to check the crash reason of the program?

Hi Matthew,

The best reason to extract what may have gone wrong would be to attach the debugger as a running target to the project and pausing execution. The following section of the user's guide mentions how to do this:
