CC2652P: When using smart rf studio to test the distance, 125Kbps is closer than 1M.

Hi TI experts.

When we use smart rf studio to test the distance of CC2652P,
We tested it outdoors at 20dBm.
In 1Mphy, the distance is about 300 meters, but when switching to 125Kbps coded mode, the distance will be shortened to about 100 meters.
May I ask what might be causing this?

The following figure shows the module's tx power and center frequency.

    I have a few questions to better understand the situation.

    1. How did you measure the range and what was the PER/BER threshold?

    2. Was there direct line of sight or was there some obstruction?

    3. Did you get the same results testing on the launchpad?
