CC2340R5: CC2340R5 BLE CENTRAL HMR

1. Have you implemented your own peripheral with the HMR profile? You can take a look at other profiles we have available as references inside our SDK here: "\examples\rtos\LP_EM_CC2340R5\ble5stack\basic_ble_profiles\app\Profiles".
2. Are you looking to connect and read the information from the Heart Monitoring service (peripheral)? I would suggest a couple of things:
   1. Use your mobile phone with https://www.ti.com/tool/SIMPLELINK-CONNECT-SW-MOBILE-APP to connect to the peripheral and read the HMR characteristics.
   2. Use the gatt client code as reference and modify it to read the characteristics of your HMR service: https://github.com/TexasInstruments-Sandbox/ble_examples/tree/simplelink_low_power_f3_sdk-7.20/examples/rtos/LP_EM_CC2340R5/ble5stack/basic_ble_GATT_client
