CC2340R5-Q1: Port State When RSTN=Low

Part Number: CC2340R5-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2340R5

Tool/software:

Hi, TI team

We are considering a product that involves wired connection between the CC2340R5 and an external IC.

However, since there are no available ports on the external IC, it is conceivable to write Flash with the port connected to the CC2340.

Therefore, I have a question:

・When a Low signal is input to the RSTN pin from an external source, do the external connection ports (DIOx) go into a Hi-Z state?

・In this state, is there a possibility that the CC2340R5 could enter a fault mode if a signal from an external source is input?

Regards.
