Is the resetctl register available on the CC2652R, is there a way to somehow see what can cause a CC265R to reset through a log?

Hi Eeshan,

Yes, you can use driverlib API SysCtrlResetSourceGet and output it in whichever way you prefer (log interface, Display TI Driver, etc.)
