Free samples

I'm in need of some free samples (5-10 pcs) of 23 mm glass transponders (RF-TRP-REHP). I couldn't request it through TI's sample and buy. Can anyone suggest me how I can get these?

As I know, this is an obsolete product. You cannot buy it from anywhere.
