can u tell the difference between all the modules and i need the size of the ic and the schematic also.

1. If you go to the product page of any part you can see the package size available for that part. See example below.
2. As for schematic, this is included as part of the reference design which can be found under "Design & development". Find the launchpad for that part which usually has the prefix "LP-EM-". See example below.
3. Once you click on the launchpad, it's product page will include a section at the bottom called "Design Files". You then download the entire reference design package which includes the schematic
