Hi, TI Team.

In our application, it is necessary to ensure UART communication with the other IC.

Additionally, since the operating environment is expected to have high and low temperatures, it is essential to incorporate into the design how much the UART baud rate may deviate.

Looking at the datasheet (below) for CC2340R5-Q1, the HFOSC, which serves as the source for the UART communication baud rate, is specified under conditions of 'without calibration' and 'with calibration'.

Please let us know how to conduct HFOSC calibration for the CC2340R5-Q1.

Hi Simizuta,

The HFOSC is calibrated automatically internally in the device. It is nothing that our costumers need to do themselves. You only need to consider the calibrated value.

Please provide the following information:

Q1) At what timing is it automatically executed?

Q2) There is a 'Sysconfig >> Device Configuration >> RF Temperature Compensation', does checking that box enable it?
