Yes, after I set bonds to 10 in sysconfig and then used the MAP_HCI_LE_AddAcceptListCmd interface, I still could only add 5 devices, and the 6th device returned 0x07. I'm having the same problem with the 8.40 SDK.

My apologies for the delay. Can you try calling HCI_LE_ReadAcceptListSizeCmd() and checking which value is returned before any items are added to the list and then when the issue starts occurring?

This is not a problem caused by a bug in the SDK, the value I read using the LL_ReadAlSize interface is 5, which means that the DK restricts the maximum number of items to 5. I'd like to change it to 10 but I haven't found a way to do so.

Its my understanding that the allow list size should be modifiable and that it was tied to the bond number. Just to confirm, LL_ReadAlSize() returns 5 even if bonding number is set to 10?

I took a further look into this and I think you should avoid using the LL_ functions directly and instead rely on the HCI functions. Can you try using the functions explicitly mentioned in the following section of the SLA?

Typically, adding to the accept list is just specifying which devices you will allow to connect and does not require any pre-existing connection at all. However, you can sync your bonded devices with your accept list by checking a box in sysconfig. Does that align with your use-case?

Apologies for the delay. I was able to reproduce the same behavior on your side. I think we could implement a workaround to allow your system to work as expected. I think you could remove entries from the accept list after you connect to them to free up spaces in the list and allow additional entries to be added. Is this something that could work for your solution?

Thanks, this doesn't actually solve my problem, for example when I do a master role I have 6 slaves that need to be connected, at this point I can only add 5 devices to the whitelist list and one can't be added. Meaning that if none of the first 5 connect successfully, the last one will never be able to connect.
