CC2340R2: Does the example IAR project in the SIMPLELINK-LOWPOWER-F3-SDK have to rely on the SYSCONFIG tool? Is it possible not to install this tool? Please explain in detail, thank you!

Here is a reference to IAR SysConfig usage from the SDK Quick Start Guide.  It is possible to Disable SysConfig file generation after building once and copying the generated files, this can also be done with the SysConfig Standalone tool or command line.  Just to clarify, SysConfig will need to be installed and run at least once to have the generated files to copy into the SDK project, but afterwards SysConfig can be disabled and uninstalled.
