CC2340R5: Issue with Uniflash tool

Hi Team,

I have been trying to use Uniflash tool to program TI CC2340R5 controllers. I initially installed the latest version and was having the following error

Error! Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'DS')

Then after reading some forum posts. I uninstalled and reinstalled again , which didnt work. Now I tried installing an older version and it still gives me the same error.

Please provide solution on how to resolve this issue or is there any other tool that I can use to program cc2340r5 controllers?

Hi,

Can you try with Uniflash version 8.8.0.4946?

(This is the one installed on my side and working for me).

In the meantime, I'll forward this to the Uniflash developers to get their insight.

Hi Toby,

The one that I have installed is 8.8.1. This should also work fine right? Do I need any permissions?

The difference between 8.8.0 and 8.8.1 is trivial. I suspect there is some other issue with your environment.

Has UniFlash ever worked for you on the same machine? Can you try the latest version 9.1.0?

If possible, can you try temporarily disabling any antivirus/security software running on your system?
