CC2340R5: ESD test

Hi Team,

My customer is  running ESD test on CC2340.

They put a plastic shell, that is, the top cover, on the PCB.

After power-on device, Air Discharge is performed on the top cover and then it is found that when reached +6KV, CC2340 reset itself.

Once the external 32.768K oscillator is removed or directly use the internal oscillator by SYSCONFIG, the test will pass and reach +/-15KV.

Please help to provide suggestions for improvement.
