As section headers will contain addresses in an out file, Uniflash can interpret the correct location with which to flash each section.  However, as the out file is much larger than hex/binary images and is not an industry standard which is supported for all tools, and as I have not seen it supported for loading multiple issues, there are many instances for which it is not the optimal solution.  Thus I would recommend that you investigate binary images which are also described in the resources I provided.  Below is also a link to instructions for the Uniflash standalone command line tool which can be generated for your local machine through the Uniflash GUI.
