CC2642R: CC26425 crash after slow power up sequence.

Part Number: CC2642R

Tool/software:

I got a cc2642r and looks like the Brown out detection (BOD) is not working or enabled.

I try to set VDDS_BOD_LEVEL to 0 or 1 without any noticeable change in HW behaviour.

The VDDS is supplied by the internal LDO.

There any configuration option be done or checked?

  • Hi Gilson,

You may notice that VDDS_BOD_LEVEL is a read-only register bit.  This is because the Brown Out Detector level will be dependent on the VDDR boost mode and external load during setup, referenced in Setup (ROM).  I would not recommend changing VDDR settings only to modify the BOD level.
