How to mount jumper on 3V3 position on central jumper block for USB power up? Does It require to be connected through all the 3V3 points?

Hi,

Please can you clarify what you mean by the central jumper block in this context, do you mean the jumper block in the middle of the board that can connect/disconnect the XDS110 debugger and the CC26402R2 section?
