CC2340R5-Q1: How to configure power of CC2340R52E0WRHBRQ1 device to fixed power level without using SmartRF studio ?

Hello team, 

We are using CC2340R52E0WRHBRQ1 as a BLE device for Class 2 Product, we need overall power output from product between -6dBm to +4 dBm. How we can set power of CC2340R52E0WRHBRQ1 IC in software, so that, we can calibrate the device to meet regulatory specification. Currently I can able to change power of device in testing using SmartRF studio, but wanted to do a permanent code fix in software to 0 dBm or 1 dBm power.
