Hi Albin,
The 2.4 GHz, +10 dBm design cannot exceed +10 dBm due to using a VDDR bias.
For the 2.4 GHz, +20 dBm design - that is supplied with VDDS. However, when the device is not in saturation (i.e. lower PA gain settings) the device-to-device variation in output power greatly increases, so below +14 dBm it becomes more difficult to achieve a consistent output power across a device population.
Section 10 of SWRA640 (CC13xx/CC26xx Hardware Configuration and PCB Design Considerations): https://www.ti.com/lit/swra640 details the process of finding new PA table settings. Without measuring a large enough number of devices it is not possible to know what the values should be.
As the +14 dBm setting is 0x1b27d6, decreasing the setting from this point is recommended; the +10 dBm design uses VDDR so the PA table settings from that design are not relevant.
