I am considering using the CC2651R3SIPA (model with built-in antenna), but on page 14 of the attached documents(swra601m.pdf) it says that FCC certification cannot be obtained if the recommended pattern is not followed.
As this applies to CC2640 and CC254x, I do not think that CC2651R3SIPA is eligible, but just to be sure, is it possible to obtain certification even if the recommended pattern is not followed?
Also, even if I cannot satisfy the antenna recommended pattern on page 55 of the CC2651r3sipa.pdf document, since the module has already been FCC certified, is there any need to obtain certification again?
