Hello,
What hardware are you using with SmartRF studio 8? Are you using a TI launch pad or custom hardware?
Regards,
Andrew
Can you provide pictures of the launch pad. Both the top and bottom of the board. Also when you see the error, does the launchpad still output the commanded RF signal? Thanks.
Andrew
SORRY,Due to the company's information security,I can not send the image to you ;The launch pad inclouds MSP432 and CC2745;The BOM version of MSP432 launch pad is E12507,the BOM version of CC2745 launch pad is C2453;
About the second question,when I see the error, the launchpad did not output the COMMANDED RF signal;
Dingxuan,
So you have an MSP432 launchpad linked here and the CC2745R10-Q1 launchpad linked here connected together somehow and you're using SmartRF Studio GUI to control the CC2745R10-Q1?
This is not the recommended configuration for controlling our LP-EM-CC2745R10-Q1 launch pad. It is recommended that you purchase a LP-XDS110 or LP-XDS110ET launchpad to connect to the LP-EM-CC2745R10-Q1 launch pad. The LP-EM-CC2745R10-Q1 launch pad was designed to interface either of these boards to allow for software development using Code Composer Studio and RF evaluation using SmartRF Studio. Please see section 2.4 of our EVM User's Guide for more details.
Regards,
Andrew
Dingxuan,
Can you please provide the following:
1. What version of SmartRF Studio you're using (vx.x.x)
2. What PHY are you using in SmartRF
3. Are you using the SmartRF GUI or the CLI?
4. Have you tried using a different CC2745R10-Q1 launchpad
5. Have you tried using a different XDS110 launchpad
Thanks,
Andrew
