simplelink_cc13xx_cc26xx_sdk_6_20_00_29 sdk examples\rtos\CC26X2R1_LAUNCHXL\ble5stack\multi_role can use GATT_DiscCharsByUUID ，but simplelink_lowpower_f3_sdk_9_10_00_83 sdk examples\rtos\LP_EM_CC2745R10_Q1\ble\car_node do not have GATT_DiscCharsByUUID, why?
