CC2340R2: The system can't enter standby mode after changing to the LF XOSC.

Hi Team, 

My customer is using CC2340R21N0RGER  and found system can't enter standby mode after changing to the LF XOSC.

The SDK Version is 9_10_00_83.

After changing the clock source from LF RCOSC to LF XOSC, they noticed that the system won't enter standby mode,and the power consumption remains at 2.x mA.

However, changing it back to LF ROSC,  the power consumption returns to normal.

Please help to provide comments.

    Hello Mike,

    Could you please check if the power policy is still set to allow standby? Also, does this reproduce in the basic_ble example or empty example and using a TI launchpad?
