When using the WCSP package for a CC256x, what considerations should be made for PCB material?

Are there any special requirements for PCB material?

Hi,

The design of the CC256x in WCSP package can be complex and usually requires direct support. Do you have a contact at TI for design support?

It is recommended to have a direct contact with TI regarding the layout of the CC256x device. If not, the Panasonic PAN1315/1325 cuold be used.
