I am testing the cc2745 using simplelink_lowpower_f3_sdk_9_10_00_83.
Normally, when I run "Load Images" in UniFlash, a success log is displayed.
[SUCCESS] Program Load completed successfully.
One day, I suddenly got the error "Load failed".
[ERROR] CS_DAP_0: Trouble Reading Register CFGAP.DEVICEID: (Error -2131 @ 0x20100) Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 20.0.0.3298)
When executing "Program HSM Image" in UniFlash, the error "Target failed to read register CFGAP.DEVICEID" occurs and the same error log is displayed.
I tried the following, but the problem persists. Please help me to resolve this issue.
- Use the same hex code that was used successfully in the past.
- Reconnect the PC and debug board.
- Restart UniFlash.
- Restart the PC.
