Hi Team,
Customer use CC2642R1TWFRTCRQ1 for development and SOP now. But they need to change to CC2642R1FTWRGZRQ1.
All test is finished with RTC. So they want to know the difference of requirement on PCB/ Solder Mask/ factory product line etc. on RGZ?
Any change needed or risk with RGZ? Or they can just use RGZ directly.
