Hi experts,
in our application, some IOs might be pull up to battery(max. voltage: 4.4V). please refer to the below image.
- when the MOSFET is disabled, DIO6 will be configurated to UART_TX.
- when the MOSFET is enabled(DIO6 is pull up to battery by 510ohm resistor), output driver and input buffer of DIO6 are disabled.
can you help to assess if that connection will damage CC2340? Thanks.
