The datasheet lists the typical values for Flash memory write/erase times (shown in the blue box in the figure below), but could you please tell me the maximum time?
According to the note in the yellow shaded area in the figure above, the values may change due to aging.
However, could you please provide the information under the conditions for virgin (unused) devices?
