CC2640: "cyber resilience act" (RCA) compatibility of the BLE STACK of simplelink SDK version 2.13.06

We have to check the RCA compatibility of our product we developed 10 years ago in a high amount of devices.

The Chip is a CC2640F128RHB, we use the tirtos_simplelink_2_13_00_06 version.

Can You inform us about about the facts regarding the RCA of this version and maybe where further documents can be found.

Hallo Thomas,

TI has further investigated the new RED Cybersecurity Act and I believe the following is relevant to your use case:

Any radio equipment already shipped and available for purchase before August 1st 2025, is not subject to RED cybersecurity requirements
Equipment using Bluetooth LE is only in scope if this equipment can directly interact over internet.
