CC2652P: BLE Mesh in new SDKs

Tool/software:

We are trying to add BLE mesh networking to an existing product that uses the CC2652P with SDK v7.40.00.77.

The last SDK we can find mesh examples is v7.10.02.23.

Two questions:

1. is there a reason mesh examples were removed?
2. can the same mesh code from v7.10.02.23 be ported to v7.40.00.77
