CC2340R5: When will the WCSP package be available?

Do you know when the WCSP package for the CC2340R5 be available? We're starting a new design that basically requires a BGA package. The only other option appears to be the CC2640R2F but the 128kB flash is too small.

Hello Rafael, I have the same question regarding both the CC2340R53 and CC2755R105E0YCJ WCSPs.

Hi Eric,

The CC2340R53 WCSP device is scheduled to be released later this month. The CC2755 is still in finishing stages and we expect it to be available in Q2/2026.
