Thanks for reaching out. cc2541 only supports 1MPHY. You can see this inside the Release Notes of the BLESTACK1: https://software-dl.ti.com/simplelink/esd/ble_stack_1_x/1.05.02.00/exports/README.txt

But I find CC2541 can support 2MPHY in the datasheet,could you pls help check?Thanks.

Hello Jon,

The device supports these other data rates, but are only for proprietary RF. As I mentioned, the device is only Bluetooth 4.0 compliant. You can confirm this looking into this app note: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/swra601m/swra601m.pdf (Table 2.8).

I would suggest using a device such as cc2340R5.
