CC2652R7: READ MAC ADDRESS FAILURE DURING TEST

Hi TI Techincal supporting team,

We facing issue that Mac Address can't read in our FCT test.
traying to check the program everything is fine.

perform swap among OK IC and NG IC, result following NG IC, meaning OK Board become NG and NG Board become OK.

Did check programing also looks fine.

we perform re programing, result also failed.
check other component result all is good.

Is there any potential timing response make this is failed in our FCT test.

doesn't affect to all IC's, only subset IC. highlighted in below picture affected IC's.

The A/B test indicates the "NG" ICs are indeed showing some issues.

What is unclear to me is if all "NG" ICs of the lot are failing or just a few of them. This will be important to try to isolate this issue.

Do you have the trays/reels and original packaging of these two devices? If you do, could you share a photograph of the label with the traceability information (the QR code, the 31T and 1T fields) of each batch, so we can get more accurate lot information? This will greatly help with this investigation.

Depending on the information, I will ask you to contact the quality engineer of your region. If you purchased from an authorized distributor, you can contact them and they will have this information.

NG ICs only just few of them.
regarding trays/reels or labels detail will check with factory and get back to you.

Yes, if possible assign your quality engineer support to communicate through email with us.
so, i can add some respective team involve in our communication line.

my region is SG/ID. and my side directly purchased to TI.

Factory confirmed not able to capture the label or reels of affected NG ICs.
we only can trace Lot Number ICs as below.
