Indeed, around -30 dBm for the 3rd harmonic is too high.

This is a partial circuit diagram for the antenna section. Currently, the component at L46 is not installed.

Need to see the complete RF passive filtering from the CC2640 to the antenna otherwise it is difficult to help find the root cause.

Hi,

You are missing the low-pass filtering section on your design which is the reason you are seeing a high harmonic.

The CC2640 RF passive filtering normally consists of a balun network and a low-pass filter. You have the balun section but are missing the low-pass filtering.

The low pass filtering should look like:
